How can I get travel agent rates?
If you are a travel agent please visit our section “Riu Partner Club” or “RPC” on the website.
Do all travel agencies have the same rates?
No. The rates given are calculated on different basis for the travel agents depending on the given contracted rates, therefore the prices shown by travel agents apply only with that specific travel agency and with the policies and conditions required by them.
Can I a room to my travel agent to book a package with them?
No, its’ not possible. If your travel agent doesn’t have rooms available you can book your flight separately and make the reservation throug www.riu.com or our call centre. The reservations made this way can not be transferred to third parties.
How do I add an additonal person to a reservation made through a travel agent?
If the reservation was made through our call center it's necessary to call us in order to revise the reservation. If the reservation was made through an external travel agent the request has to be made directly upon arrival to the front desk personnel. It's not possible to determine the price ahead of time.
