RIU Hotels human team, along with the quality of our hotels facilities, is the main reason for our success. We organize training activities whose main goals are:

TRAINING - INTEGRATING: aimed to integrate new collaborators making easier
their understanding of our systems.
TRAINING - PROMOTING: aimed to secure the soundness and consolidation of professional promotion.
LANGUAGE TRAINING: aimed to increase the understanding between guests and RIU collaborators. We have our own German teaching program system.
TRAINING - RETRAINING : aimed to adapt ourselves to our customers´ demands, to new work systems and new technologies.
TRAINING MANAGING TEAMS: career plan aimed to train future hotel managing team members in order to deal successfully with the company spread in the next few years.

ENTERTAINERS

We are always seeking entertainers. They should be between 19 and 30 years old, have an easy going, open personality and mind, and a strong team spirit. Our entertainment is basicly sports, with children and night entertainment (as dance and music).
Speaking german is important. Knowledge of other languages as well as a sports, artistic, or socio-paedagogical education will help. Possibility to work for minimum 6 months to one year.
