Our stay at Riu Palace was truly unforgettable! During our two-week vacation, we made so many memorable connections with the staff, and the level of hospitality, service, and food was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to Charlie and Janet, who were always so attentive and welcoming in the buffet. Fercho and Polo were hands down the best bartenders—they always greeted us with a smile and made every drink perfectly. Andrea and Sebastian brought incredible energy to every activity and made each day so much fun. Overall, every staff member we interacted with provided outstanding customer service and made us feel at home throughout our entire two-week stay. We can't wait to come back!
