Yes. The price will always be the same regardless of the method you decide to use for making your reservations.
I cannot find a hotel in the reservations search box. Why?
It may be that the hotel you are looking for is only available through travel agencies. For more information ask our call center.
What happens if I don't turn up at the hotel?
In the event of a no-show or cancellation outside the time periods indicated in the confirmation, there is a penalty charge of the total amount of the reservation.
What methods of payment can I use?
A debit or credit card. Depending on the hotel, there are various forms of payment: immediate payment (pre-payment), deferred payment or payment at the hotel.
What currency will the reservation be charged to me in?
If you choose to make an inmediate or deferred payment, the reservation will be charged in the currency of your country. If you choose to pay at the hotel, the reservation will be charged in the local currency of the destination.
A few days ago I consulted some prices but did not make the reservation until finding flights. Today, when I to make the reservation, the price had changed and now it is more expensive. Why is this?
Our rates can undergo changes due to offers. Perhaps the consultation you made earlier was affected by a special offer and the time period for this offer has elapsed.
If you find the price of the hotel interesting, we recommend that you reserve it immediately, as no cancellation charges will be payable if you cancel within the proper period in the event that you do not find any flights.
We are a couple with two small children. Is it possible that I may not be able to reserve a room for the whole family?
Yes. Not all of our hotels have rooms with capacity for two adults and two children. We can only offer availability of this service for rooms where two extra beds can actually fit, always with your comfort and safety inside our facilities in mind.
When searching for availability for one person only, the rate that appears is higher. Why?
Rooms can be single or double-occupied. All our promotions are calculated per person and per night, based on double occupation. When occupation is single, the price may be higher, or even twice the amount.
Last year I visited one of your hotels and I would like to stay in the same room this year. Is this possible?
Reservations are made by room types and not room numbers, so we cannot guarantee you availability of the specific number you ask for on arrival. Even so, we recommend that you indicate under 'observations' which room you wish to stay in when you arrive, and the reception staff will do everything they can to comply.
Some time ago I made a reservation but the prices have gone down now. Can I update my rate to the current one?
As long as the hotel still has availability and the rate is available, it is possible to adjust the price. If not, we will only be able to maintain the price originally confirmed.
