| Port El Kantaoui is a modern tourist centre with an international yachting port built in typical Arab style. The sailing club is reached by passing through a large gateway which opens onto a picturesque honeycomb of alleyways, white-washed houses, arches and patios splashed with flowers. In the centre there are cozy cafés, bars and restaurants, which invite you to go in and stay a while, although there are also boutiques and jewellery shops that are well worth looking at. For the more sporty, there is no dearth of installations, amongst which are numerous tennis courts and a 36 hole golf course. Transfer: about 40 minutes. |
