How can I cancel a reservation?
Step by step guide

Go to the reservations page on our website.

Click on the 'cancel a reservation' button just under the hotel search box.

After that, insert the reservation ID and the e-mail address you provided when you made the reservation.

Once you press send, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.
We recommend that you check the cancellation policy of the reservation before, as the cancellation conditions may vary.
What is your cancellation policy?
For christmas week we apply a 25% cancellation fee regardless of the time the reservaton was cancelled. In any other case the cancellation is three days prior the arrival for a full refund or to avoid penalty charges. In case of cancellation within the 72 hour limit the penalty will be one night of the reservation.
