Modifications
Up until when can I modify my reservation?
It’s possible to modify a reservation up to three days (72 hrs )prior the arrival date as long as the modification itself is possible (the additonal night is available, the additonal person does not exceed the capacity of the room etc.)
How many changes can I make in my reservation?
We allow three changes free of charge for every reservation for whatever reason. For the fourth modification we apply a 30usd charge for administrative costs.
Can I add a guest once we get to the hotel? If yes, what's the price?
If the reservation was made through the call centre we require to confirm the change at least three days in advance. If the reservation was made through a travel agency it’s possible to add an additonal person arriving to the hotel but the price will be the one the hotel would have available at that time, not the rate posted by our website or quoted by our call centre.
I made my reservation for one hotel. Can I switch hotels once there?
As long as the desired hotel is available it is possible to switch at the price available for that hotel at that moment.
How do I add an additonal person to a reservation made through a travel agent?
If the reservation was made through our call center it's necessary to call us in order to revise the reservation. If the reservation was made through an external travel agent the request has to be made directly upon arrival to the front desk personnel. It's not possible to determine the price ahead of time.
