Destinazioni con servizio di trasferta

Attualmente il servizio trasferimenti è disponibile solo in Aruba, Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Plata e Punta Cana.

In cosa consiste il nostro servizio di trasferimenti?

Si tratta di un servizio gratuito di trasferimento aeroporto - hotel - aeroporto per i clienti di Riu Hotels & Resorts. Attualmente questo servizio è disponibile solo per le seguenti destinazioni: Messico, Repubblica Dominicana e Aruba.

Al vostro arrivo in aeroporto un rappresentante identificato con un logotipo di Riu Hotels vi ricevere all'uscita principale del terminal dell'aeroporto.

Questo servizio viene prestato a cura di imprese esterne a Riu Hotels & Resorts:

In Messico e nella Repubblica Dominicana: HOTELBEDS o VIAJES EL SABALO.

In Araba: DEPALM TOURS.

What does "Ground Transportation Included" mean?

Our ground transportation works from the local airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the local airport.

All transfer services are provided by an external company and Riu Hotels & Resorts does not have any responsability for the transfer services provided.

How do I set up my ground transportation?

It’s necessary to include your flight information in your reservation once you make the reservation online or through our call centre. It's only possible to process a ground transportation request if the accurate flight information is provided at least 5 days before the arrival and no changes or last minute modifications will be allowed within this time.

Do you offer ground transportation for all destinations?

Currently we are only able to offer ground transportation for the following destinations: Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Puerto Plata, Punta Cana and Aruba. In Aruba, the accurate flight information is provided at least 8 days before the arrival and no changes or last minute modifications will be allowed within this time.

Do I get a transfer service if I make the reservation through a travel agency?

Our transfer services apply only for reservations made through our official website www.riu.com or through our call centre. If booked through an external source the conditions and additonals services will have to be consulted directly with the third party involved.

When do I have to give my flight info to get ground transportation?

The information must be provided in most of the destinations 5 days prior the arrival oy your flight, especifically for Aruba the information must be given 8 days prior to the arrival of the flight.
