How can I make a reservation?

Risulta pió caro prenotare per una sola persona?

Le abitazioni possono essere predisposte per occupazione doppia o individuale. Tutte le nostre promozioni sono calcolate per persona e per notte in base a doppia occupazione. Quando l’occupazione è individuale questo prezzo può essere più alto, incluso il doppio.

Famiglie con bambini...

Siamo una coppia con due bambini piccoli. È possibile che non riesca prenotare un’abitazione per tutta la famiglia?

Si. Non tutti i nostri hotel dispongono di abitazioni con capacità per due adulti e due bambini. Possiamo solo offrire questa disponibilità per le abitazioni in cui fisicamente vi sia spazio per letti supplementari, sempre pensando nella sua comodità e la sicurezza delle nostre installazioni.

Why do I get a higher rate when I price a single person in the room?

The rooms are based on either double occupancy and single. All of our promotions are quoted based on the double occupancy and per person per night but when the room is occupied by only one person this price is higher, maybe even double.

Do I need to bring my confirmation voucher to check-in?

We always recommend to print out the voucher and present it to the front desk upon check-in. The reservation is only guaranteed for the prices, number of people, dates, hotel etc. mentiond there. Should any discrepancies arise you will need your voucher to clarify the situation. It also makes the process of checking-in easier and faster.

Do you offer honeymoon packages?

At Riu Hotels & Resorts we pamper all our honeymooners with a "surprise welcome gift" and a free upgrade but only if it is available. While making your reservation it’s possible to mention “honeymooners” and request it again upon arrival.

Does the credit card have to be from the person who travels?

The credit card doesn’t have to be from the person travelling but it’s important to mention that in case of no show or cancellation penalties the credit card given will be used for the charge.

Prices have dropped since I made my reservation. Can you adjust the prices?

As long as the hotel has rooms and rate are available it’s possible to adjust the prices. Otherwise we will only be able to honor the price confirmed originally.

Do you have a minimum stay requirement?

For certain locations and dates we have minimum stay requirements but usually the minimum is one night.

Do you match other travel agents’prices?

Yes, simply reserve either on riu.com or through our toll free numbers and contact us at reservations05@riu.com with your confirmation number and the quote obtained through the Travel Agency. The price match is subject to revision and it’s not guaranteed at the time you call but once approved will be reflected on your reservation and a new one updated will be sent to your email.

If for any reason it is not approved you will have the option of cancelling without any penalties.
