What is your airport transfer service?
Its a free service from the airpot to the hotel and back. All transfer services are provided by an external company and Riu Hotels & Resorts.
In Mexico and the Dominican Republic, this service is provided by HOTELBEDS or VIAJES EL SABALO.
In Aruba, by DEPALM TOURS.
Is the transfer included in my reservation?
It is free, but you must activate this option when you make the hotel reservation.
Do I have to pay for an Airport-Hotel-Airport transfer?
Is the transfer service private?
My flight details have changed. Can I change the pick-up time?

The service cannot be guaranteed if changes in flights or other modifications are not notified within a period of less than 72 hours before your arrival.
Aruba
DEPALM TOURS only guarantees the transfer if the flight information or modifications are provided at least 8 days before your arrival.
