Groups
We're doing a group stay, who can I contact to arrange this?
It’s necessary to coordinate it through our gorups department, their email is groups@riu.com or at the number 011 52 998 881 4319.
Can I block some rooms so that my party can make their reservation with their own credit card?
Unfortunately it’s not possible to pre-block a set of rooms. The reservations would have to be confirmed and prepaid through our groups department or with the normal conditions of the call centre.
When can be considered a group?
Your party can be considered as a group if you are reserving up to 10 rooms, otherwise you can address your concerns to our Call Center
