Em que consiste o nosso serviço de transfer?
Trata-se de um serviço gratuito de deslocação aeroporto-hotel-aeroporto para os clientes de Riu Hotels & Resorts. Por enquanto, este serviço apenas está disponível nos seguintes destinos: México, República Dominicana e Aruba.
Ao chegar ao aeroporto, um representante identificado com um logótipo de Riu Hotels irá recebê-lo na saída principal da terminal do aeroporto.
Este serviço é realizado por empresas externas a Riu Hotels & Resorts:
No México e na República Dominicana, HOTELBEDS ou VIAJES EL SABALO.
Em Aruba, DEPALM TOURS.
What does "Ground Transportation Included" mean?
Our ground transportation works from the local airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the local airport.
All transfer services are provided by an external company and Riu Hotels & Resorts does not have any responsability for the transfer services provided.
How do I set up my ground transportation?
Do you offer ground transportation for all destinations?
Do I get a transfer service if I make the reservation through a travel agency?
Our transfer services apply only for reservations made through our official website www.riu.com or through our call centre. If booked through an external source the conditions and additonals services will have to be consulted directly with the third party involved.
