Can I block some rooms so that my party can make their reservation with their own credit card?
Unfortunately it’s not possible to pre-block a set of rooms. The reservations would have to be confirmed and prepaid through our groups department or with the normal conditions of the call centre.
Who can be considered a group?
Your party can be considered as a group if you are reserving up to 10 rooms, otherwise you can contact our Call Center.
