Em que consiste o nosso serviço de transfer?
Trata-se de um serviço opcional de deslocação aeroporto-hotel-aeroporto para os clientes de Riu Hotels & Resorts. Por enquanto, este serviço apenas está disponível nos seguintes destinos: México, República Dominicana e Aruba.
Ao chegar ao aeroporto, um representante identificado com um logótipo de Riu Hotels irá recebê-lo na saída principal da terminal do aeroporto.
Este serviço é realizado por empresas externas a Riu Hotels & Resorts:
México (Cancún, Los Cabos, Nuevo Vallarta, Playa del Carmen): HOTELBEDS.
México (Mazatlán): VIAJES EL SABALO.
República Dominicana: HOTELBEDS.
Aruba: DEPALM TOURS.
Bahamas: MAJESTIC HOLIDAYS
Jamaica: CARIBIC VACATIONS
Costa Rica: SWISS TRAVEL
Do you offer ground transportation for all destinations?
Currently we are only able to offer ground transportation for the following destinations: Aruba, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Costa Rica and Bahamas.
Do I get a transfer service if I make the reservation through a travel agency?
When do I have to give my flight info to get ground transportation?
Mexico, Dominican Republic, Costa Rica, Jamaica and Bahamas
The service cannot be guaranteed if changes in flights or other modifications are not notified within a period of less than 72 hours before your arrival.
Aruba
DEPALM TOURS only guarantees the transfer if the flight information or modifications are provided at least 8 days before your arrival.
