Afterwards, you must let it cook for 90 minutes and done! let\u2019s get started&#8230;You must first take note of the ingredients needed:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>Ingredients (8 servings)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 kg of lamb, quartered<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>2 onions<\/li>\n<li>3 cloves of garlic<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>Cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>A pinch of saffron<\/li>\n<li>Whole prunes<\/li>\n<li>Peeled almonds<\/li>\n<li>Sesame seeds<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons ginger<\/li>\n<li>5 heaping tablespoons sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once you have all the ingredients which, as you can see, <strong>are readily available in any supermarket<\/strong>, we will begin with the preparation: take a pan, add the olive oil and cook the meat until just browned, then cut the onion and add to the pan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Next, add the minced garlic, a pinch of salt, the 2 tablespoons of ginger, three of sugar and a pinch of saffron.<strong> Mix all the ingredients carefully<\/strong> and cover the meat with water, simmering on low heat for about 90 minutes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once the meat is ready, place the prunes in a pot, and add two ladles of the meat stock, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 3 tablespoons of cinnamon. Let them cook for approximately <strong>15 minutes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">While the prunes are cooking and the meat is cooked to perfection, you must lightly toast the sesame seeds in a pan <strong>with no oil<\/strong>. Next, fry the almonds in a little oil and drain well.
