A few days ago we explained the history of our Riu Class<\/strong><\/a> program and its importance to the chain. Thanks to this membership system we implemented in 1997 we have been able to bring together and reward our most loyal clients. This is why this post is dedicated to all our Riu Class clients because we would not be able to do what we do without them, since they inspire us to make improvements day in day out We constantly push ourselves to improve our customer service for them.<\/p>\n

All our Riu Class clients are important and unique for us. We have reserved a special place for them today, and what better way to do it than by telling you their stories? We got in touch with some of them to ask them to tell us about their experiences in our hotels. Would you like to get to know them?<\/p>\n

– Ren\u00e9 St\u00fcnkel<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Ren\u00e9 is a German client who has been staying with us since the 1990s and is a perfect example of someone who feels completely at home in our hotels. Ever since then, whenever he visits Spain he always stays at a RIU hotel. His favourite destinations are the Canary Islands and Mallorca where he comes to enjoy a few days of relaxation.<\/p>\n

Why has he spent so many years travelling with us? According to Ren\u00e9, it is because he appreciates \u201cthe hotel chain’s services and the personal interaction of the staff with the guests\u201d. <\/strong>We are really happy to hear this because it means that we are fulfilling our main aim of ensuring that our guests have a unique experience on their holidays. We want to take this opportunity to thank him for making this possible, because it is guests like him who make it such a pleasure to provide our best possible service at all times.<\/p>\n

– Ilona Romic<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Ilona also hails from Germany and adores the Mallorcan winters, which is her favourite time of the year to visit us. She often comes around this time of year to wish us Merry Christmas. We would like to thank her for this as she has been visiting the island since 1999 and is one of our top clients!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\"<\/a><\/td>\n\"This<\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

As a result of her long history with the chain she confirms that she has \u201cenjoyed the advantages of Riu Class for years\u201d and does not regret it one bit! She keeps coming back to RIU every year because she \u201cfeels like she is returning to see family\u201d and we are delighted that she comes back each year to stay at her home from home in Mallorca.<\/p>\n

– Francisco Javier Vera<\/strong><\/h2>\n

And last but not least, we wanted to tell you all about Francisco Javier from Spain. When Francisco was a young child he spent his holidays in RIU hotels with his parents in several different countries. Since then, he always stays with RIU whenever he visits Gran Canaria, and he even chose us to host one of the most special moments of his life, his wedding at the Riu Gran Canaria hotel!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Francisco Javier states that \u201che loves the way he is treated every time he stays with RUI, the professionalism of the staff and the chain’s high standards in every aspect\u201d. It was an honour for us to have played a part in one of his most treasured memories. We have watched him grow up in our hotels and we hope he continues to live out even more chapters of his life with us, for many more years to come.<\/p>\n

These stories help make RIU what it is: one big family. Although there are of course many more guests who are Riu Class members and have made the story of this chain so special. We also want to thank them for their loyalty and hope they will continue to visit us every year.
