We also give you a step-by-step explanation of how to prepare it:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>25 egg yolks<\/li>\n<li>12 egg whites<\/li>\n<li>1 lb sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 lb sultanas<\/li>\n<li>1 lb cherries<\/li>\n<li>1 jar ginger preserve<\/li>\n<li>1 lb cashews<\/li>\n<li>1 lb butter<\/li>\n<li>6 ozs pumpkin preserve<\/li>\n<li>1 jar Sri Lankan chow chow (chayote) preserve<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 lb candied orange peel<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 bottle rose essence<\/li>\n<li>1 bottle vanilla essence<\/li>\n<li>Semolina<\/li>\n<li>1 oz honey<\/li>\n<li>1 wineglass beer<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 bottle almond essence<\/li>\n<li>2 wineglasses brandy<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons spice powder (cardamom, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, ground together)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Let&#8217;s go! <\/strong>To start with, chop up the fruit and pour in half of the essences and half of the beer. Mix well and leave in a jar for three days. Lightly roast the semolina and, when cool, mix with the butter. When well blended, add the fruit mixture and then the semolina and butter mixture. Add the rest of the essences and beer and then the egg whites. Line a pan with oven paper and pour in the batter.
