The company\u2019s gastronomy team has created the gourmet <strong>Kulinarium<\/strong>, a concept based on the fusion of modern and Caribbean cuisine, using mainly local products and new culinary techniques.<\/p>\n<p>The menu has a marked Caribbean style.
