This recipe is for 1 kg of chicken:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 kg of chicken breasts, legs and wings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A half teaspoon each of the following spices: ground Jamaican pepper, garlic powder, and ground black pepper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A quarter teaspoon each of cinnamon, nutmeg and cayenne pepper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>One teaspoon each of brown sugar and salt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A small piece of fresh ginger (the size of a walnut).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Two teaspoons each of thyme and soy sauce.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>2-3 cloves of garlic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>One chile.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>One onion, chopped.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>3 teaspoons of white vinegar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Let&#8217;s get started preparing this delicacy! Wash the chile, cut off the top, remove the seeds, and put it in a food processor. Add all the ingredients except the chicken to the food processor and blend for 20 seconds until you have a homogeneous paste.<br \/>\nRinse the chicken pieces and place them in a large bowl. Next, pour the marinade over the chicken and move it around until each piece is completely covered. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for at least five hours.<br \/>\nRemove the chicken from the refrigerator, leave for another hour at room temperature and, then, broil it in the oven at 160 \u00b0C, although ideally you should barbecue it. Don&#8217;t forget to put a tray under the broiler rack for the grease to drain onto.<br \/>\nSlow-cook the chicken on the grill, basting it frequently with the marinade to make it come out tender and with a very spicy and crispy skin. Turn the chicken when it is golden brown. Each time you do, cover it with a thick layer of the marinade.<br \/>\nAnd that&#8217;s it! Put it on a platter and serve hot.
