Despu\u00e9s, tan solo debes dejarlo 90 minutos mientras se cocina y \u00a1listo!, vamos a empezar\u2026 Primero toma nota de todos los ingredientes que necesitas:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><br \/>\nIngredientes (8 personas)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1,5 kg de cordero cortado en trozos<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas soperas de aceite de oliva virgen<\/li>\n<li>2 cebollas<\/li>\n<li>3 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li>Canela<\/li>\n<li>Una pizca de azafr\u00e1n<\/li>\n<li>500 g de ciruelas pasas enteras<\/li>\n<li>100 gr de almendra pelada<\/li>\n<li>50g de semillas de s\u00e9samo<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas de jengibre<\/li>\n<li>5 cucharadas soperas de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez hayas comprado todos los ingredientes, que como ves, <strong>son muy f\u00e1ciles de encontrar en cualquier supermercado<\/strong>, empezamos con la elaboraci\u00f3n del plato: coge una sart\u00e9n, pon el aceite y fr\u00ede la carne hasta que coja un poco de color, despu\u00e9s corta las cebollas y \u00e9chalas a la sart\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1ade el ajo picado, una pizca de sal, \u00e9chale dos cucharadas de jengibre, tres de az\u00facar y una pizca de azafr\u00e1n. <strong>Mezcla bien los ingredientes<\/strong> y cubre la carne con agua a fuego lento alrededor de 90 min.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuando la carne est\u00e9 casi lista, cocina las ciruelas en una cacerola, a\u00f1ade dos cucharones del caldo de la carne, a\u00f1ade dos cucharadas de az\u00facar y 3 cucharadas de canela. Deja que se cocine durante aproximadamente <strong>15 minutos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mientras se cocinan las ciruelas y la carne est\u00e1 pr\u00e1cticamente en su punto, tienes que tostar ligeramente unas semillas de s\u00e9samo en una sart\u00e9n, <strong>sin aceite<\/strong>. Despu\u00e9s fr\u00ede las almendras en un poco de aceite y escurre bien.
