Es muy curioso, ya que desde el siglo XIX se pesca en <a href=\"http:\/\/www.riu.com\/es\/Paises\/portugal\/madeira\/index.jsp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Madeira<\/a> con el arte tradicional conocido como palangre horizontal. Primero, condimenta los filetes de pescado con zumo de lim\u00f3n, sal, pimienta y ajo picado. D\u00e9jalos reposar y mientras prepara dos recipientes: en uno coloca la harina y en el otro el huevo batido.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vierte aceite de girasol en una sart\u00e9n y deja que se caliente. Coge uno a uno los filetes de pescado y p\u00e1salos primero por la harina y despu\u00e9s por el huevo batido. <strong>Fr\u00edelos hasta que queden dorados y ponlos sobre una servilleta para que se absorba el aceite<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez hayas terminado, pela los pl\u00e1tanos y c\u00f3rtalos por la mitad longitudinalmente. P\u00e1salos tambi\u00e9n por la harina y el huevo. Fr\u00edelos r\u00e1pidamente en el aceite hasta que se queden dorados. D\u00e9jalos tambi\u00e9n sobre la servilleta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Coloca despu\u00e9s los filetes en una bandeja o plato y pon un trozo de pl\u00e1tano frito encima del pescado. Espolvorea con perejil picado y s\u00edrvelo con patatas salteadas y br\u00f3coli cocido, por ejemplo.
