Tras esto, eliminamos el exceso de aceite y se le realiza un corte tipo brunoise (a tacos) junto con la manzana pelada. Una vez tenemos la mezcla hecha, agregamos los raviolis, salteamos el conjunto un poco m\u00e1s y servimos.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfDe d\u00f3nde viene este plato y qui\u00e9n es su creador? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Queremos que presumas ante los invitados, por eso, una vez que les sirvas este plato puedes contarles su historia.
