El estofado, elemento de la influencia brit\u00e1nica, y las especias, de los or\u00edgenes africanos de su poblaci\u00f3n. Si no dominas el arte del cuchillo en la cocina, siempre puedes pedir a tu carnicero que te prepare la carne.<\/p>\n<p>Cuando ya tengas el rabo de buey preparado, calienta aceite en una olla y en cuanto est\u00e9 caliente pon los trozos de carne a fre\u00edr a fuego medio durante unos 15 o 20 minutos, seg\u00fan veas como va cogiendo color. De esta forma tambi\u00e9n haremos que la carne suelte el exceso de grasa, que puedes descartar a tu gusto.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1ade el colorante de caramelo y agua hasta que cubra toda la carne y deja que cocine durante 30 minutos. Despu\u00e9s, a\u00f1ade las patatas, la zanahoria, el apio, la cebolla y el resto de especias en la olla y deja que cocinen durante 15 minutos m\u00e1s. Para finalizar, si quieres que la salsa sea m\u00e1s espesa, a\u00f1ade harina a tu gusto.
