El palmito, por cierto, es una de las m\u00e1s famosas plantas de las islas tropicales gracias a sus usos culinarios. Entre los cocineros de alta gama es muy valorado, pues puede servirse sin procesar, cocido, como entrante, como sopa, como plato principal e incluso como helado.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez seguido este paso, pon en una olla la nata a fuego lento y agrega en ella el azafr\u00e1n. A\u00f1ade la mantequilla, sazona y m\u00e9zclalo todo con la batidora. Agrega la col china y d\u00e9jala 4 min al fuego. El tomate picado y los brotes de cebolla los usaremos para decorar el plato y que su presentaci\u00f3n sea brillante.<\/p>\n<p>Colocando el palmito emblandecido en el centro del plato, a\u00f1adimos el tomate y la cebolla en la parte superior. Hazlo cuidadosamente y tratando bien el palmito porque\u2026 \u00bfsab\u00edas que para conseguir dos o tres porciones, el \u00e1rbol tarda unos seis a\u00f1os en producirlas? Por eso es considerado por algunos un \u2018plato millonario\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Si quieres a\u00f1adir alguna otra hierba decorativa al plato, es algo opcional. Te recomendamos poner la salsa a posteriori, para medir bien qu\u00e9 cantidad quieres para tu plato.
