El equipo gastron\u00f3mico de la compa\u00f1\u00eda ha creado el nuevo <strong>Kulinarium gourmet<\/strong>, un concepto basado en la <strong>fusi\u00f3n de la cocina moderna y la caribe\u00f1a<\/strong>, en el que se utilizan principalmente ingredientes locales muy particulares y t\u00e9cnicas culinarias muy novedosas.<\/p>\n<p>La carta se caracteriza por tener un corte Caribe\u00f1o Gastronomico . A continuaci\u00f3n os presentamos algunos de los platos m\u00e1s detascados de esta nueva propuesta gastron\u00f3mica de RIU Hotels &amp; Resorts.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong><em>Causa de Camarones <\/em><\/strong>es un plato t\u00edpico de la cocina peruana, que se prepara con pur\u00e9 de patatas y langostinos o gambas.
