Esta receta est\u00e1 pensada para 1kg de pollo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1kg de pechugas, muslos y alas de pollo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>La mitad de una cucharadita de los siguientes ingredientes: pimienta de Jamaica molida, ajo en polvo y pimienta negra molida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Un cuarto de una cucharadita de canela, nuez moscada y pimienta de cayena.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Una cucharadita de az\u00facar moreno y sal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Un poco de jengibre (del tama\u00f1o de una nuez).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>2 cucharadas de tomillo y salsa de soja.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>2-3 dientes de ajo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Un pimiento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Una cebolla cortada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>3 cucharadas de vinagre blanco.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a1Vamos a empezar a preparar este manjar! Lava el pimiento, corta la parte de arriba, quita las semillas y ponlo en la batidora. A\u00f1ade todos los ingredientes en la batidora y mezcla durante 20 segundos para obtener una pasta homog\u00e9nea.<\/p>\n<p>Lava los trozos de pollo, enju\u00e1galos y col\u00f3calos en un bol grande. Despu\u00e9s, vierte el adobo sobre el pollo y mu\u00e9velo hasta que cada pieza quede cubierta. Cubre el bol con papel de pl\u00e1stico y d\u00e9jalo marinar en el frigor\u00edfico, m\u00ednimo durante cinco horas.<\/p>\n<p>Saca la carne del frigor\u00edfico, d\u00e9jalo otra hora a temperatura ambiente y luego, coc\u00ednala en el grill del horno a 160 grados, aunque lo ideal es hacerla en la barbacoa. No olvides poner una bandeja bajo el grill, porque se escurrir\u00e1 la grasa.<\/p>\n<p>Deja la carne en la parrilla bastante tiempo, roc\u00edale a menudo el adobo y as\u00ed estar\u00e1 muy tierna y tendr\u00e1 una corteza gruesa muy picante. Dale la vuelta a la carne hasta que consiga un bonito tono dorado. Cada vez, pon una capa gruesa de adobo sobre ella.<br \/>\n\u00a1Ya est\u00e1 listo! Ponlo en un plato y s\u00edrvelo caliente.
