You can book your RIU vacation at riu.com, on the APP or through the Call Center. If you decide to do it on the web or on the APP, you simply have to select the hotel, the dates and the number of guests in the search engine, and then choose the room you want to formalize the reservation.

Can I modify or cancel a reservation?

Accepted Answer

If you need to modify your booking, you have to contact the Call Center so they can make the changes you request, as long as there is availability. If you wish to cancel your booking, you can do so from the website, the app or also contact the Call Center.

Where can I see my booking details?

Once you finalize your booking, you will receive an email with all the details. You can also check the details by accessing through riu.com and the APP, in the "My booking" section. At riu.com it is located in the upper right menu, and in the APP, in the bottom navigation bar, in the "More" section.

Can I request a late check-out?

You can request a late checkout through the Call Center or at the hotel itself. They will inform you of the cost and if it is available.

What is the minimum age required to make a reservation or check in at a RIU hotel?

To make a reservation or check in to a RIU hotel, you must be of legal age (over 18 or 21 in some jurisdictions).

What type of deposits or additional charges are applied at RIU hotels?

Depending on the destination, there may be additional charges such as the Facility Fee, or local, tourist, or environmental taxes. During the riu.com or APP booking process, you will be able to see the additional charges for each hotel. As for finances, few hotels have them. However, we advise you to call the Call Center to confirm if the hotel where you want to stay charges any type of deposit.

What type of documentation is needed to make a reservation at RIU hotels?

To make a reservation through the website or app, you don't need to submit any documents. Simply complete the form with the reservation holder's information.

Can I pay for my reservation at the hotel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can pay for your booking directly at the hotel, unless you have chosen a rate that requires prepayment. We recommend checking the conditions of the selected rate at the time of booking.

Does RIU offer transportation service to/from the airport?

RIU Hotels & Resorts works with international transfer companies to make it easier for you to get to the hotel during your RIU vacation. If the destination you have chosen offers the service, you can hire it in the last step of the booking process.
