We had a great time. Everything exceed our expectations. The staff make sure you have a good time. They are professional and caring. The food was delicious. The ocean ( cabage beach), the best part of the trip..we want to come back soon...

My husband and I joint two other couples for a 5 day 4 night visit to the Bahamas. I can say that you truly get what you pay for and more! The resort was clean and well attended, and the pools and beaches were great! We had a jr.suite and it was plenty of space for the two of us. Check-in was easy, buffet and jerk chicken spot were 100% on point, and the only real complaint I had was about the individual restaurants and their availability. I would like to assure everyone that the buffet was so good, that each morning and night we went, even if we had a restaurant reservation (which was nearly impossible to get). Some people felt like the staff was rude, I actually didn’t encounter any one that was rude- some were more friendly than others, but no one was rude. Also if they know you are tipping then they DO treat you with more attention…… The beach access and accessibility with chairs and umbrellas were really easy and the staff always was super helpful with that. The water is so blue that you should bring your own snorkel gear, the fish literally swim up to the shallow water and it is unbelievable gorgeous! Taxi access was easy- the doorman helped get ours set up each day! Also if you book with this hotel, you can get free transportation to and from the airport- highly suggest you take advantage of saving that $50 bucks. Lastly, this is an all inclusive resort- liquor is free so you should expect to see drunk people all day; a few conflicts arose but staff handled it well and it only cause a short disruption to the calmness of the day. All in all, for the price we paid (around 2k- not including flights) we got more than our moneys worth! If you want fancy,recently updated facility- you might want to check out other options. This was laid-back, beautiful, and served the purpose that my friends and I wanted for our trip!
