"Disappointing"
After visiting before i was excited as had had a huge refurb. However much as it's beautiful the service let's this hotel down massively. We arrived Friday..No water tea or coffee in room. Informed reception 3 times and app twice. By Sat still not resolved and bar staff questioning why we asked for bottles of water Monday i spoke to rep who did sort. Pool area not clean Someone spilt lots of drink and still there 4 days after as well as lots of little bits of fruit from drink. This didn't help fly situation at all 4 of our party were ill with d and V It wasnt our hygiene but honestly watching people in restaurants you can see why..Kids picking up food and putting back. Adults using tongs for meat then fries then meat despite tong bring available. Vegan options poor around restaurants but that's OK i enjoy salad.Would be nice to have a dessert that's not fruit or maybe an ice cream. We felt we wouldn't return again due to this and lack of hygiene in pool People getting so drunk they pee in pool!!! 2 pools had to be close on different days due to issues..People not putting nappies on small children
"Nothing short of perfect"
Absolutely amazing! Sofia at the adults pool was superb. The staff in the restaurants are taking drinks orders as soon as you have sat down. Everywhere was very clean and the food was impressive for buffet at all sittings.
