"Absolutely fantastic stay – we didn’t want to leave!"
We’ve just returned from the most amazing stay in Cabo Verde and honestly, we couldn’t fault a thing. From check-in right through to check-out, everything was perfect and the whole experience felt so relaxed and special. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were so touched to find champagne waiting for us in the room. 🥂❤️ Such a lovely gesture and a wonderful way to start our holiday. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious, with plenty of storage, and we really appreciated having the optics in the room too — such a great little extra! The food was honestly fantastic. There was always plenty of choice and we never struggled to find something delicious at breakfast, lunch or dinner. There was something for everyone and everything we tried was really tasty. A special mention has to go to the staff in the main restaurant. They were absolutely brilliant — so friendly, welcoming and hardworking. You could see how much effort they put in every day to make sure everyone was happy and well looked after. They really do deserve recognition. Overall, this was everything we could have hoped for from a holiday. The little touches, the fantastic food, lovely room and, most importantly, the wonderful staff all made our stay so memorable. We genuinely didn’t want to come home and would 100% return. If you’re considering booking this hotel, don’t hesitate — you won’t be disappointed! "Dissapointed"
I would say the hotel it's self is good but do you no what the Tui reps are appalling, especially Neelam and her boss Helena. These 2 woman are power hungry, lie and don't help in anyway. Completely let the resort down. If you go here avoid Tui reps in the main hall and you will be fine.
