"Am I in Jamaica or what?"
I am currently at this hotel. It’s not a 5 star hotel. The Hotel Riu Ocho Rios is 4 star with a 5 star beach. It’s 17.36pm and I am hungry. No food available in the restaurants until 6.30pm and the sports bar has no Jamaican patties. However, they do have tasteless American Hot Dogs, beef burgers, cheese and ham sandwiches and nachos. Sorry am I in Jamaica? I would not expect this in a 5 star all inclusive hotel in Jamaica - a sports bar with no Jamaican snacks.
"Everything we imagine and more"
Riu satisfied our needs from the bartenders, waiters/waitress and all cleaning staff. The entertainments were top tier just a ball of fun. My housekeeper Leterica was amazing and because of her service and every staff we will definitely remember soon for longer trip.
