Hotel Riu Latino 5*

Our experience at the RIU was incredible from beginning to end. Everything was super good, we enjoyed our stay a lot and we are definitely leaving with very good memories. But I want to make a VERY special mention of Lisandro at the front desk, who was literally our hero during the trip. We had a quite complicated situation with the agency we made our reservation with and from the first moment Lisandro was incredibly attentive, kind, and willing to help us. He took the time to listen to our situation, look for a solution, and do everything in his power to support us. Thanks to him we were able to leave the problem behind and really enjoy our vacation. Really, thank you so much, Lisandro. People like you make the hotel experience go from good to unforgettable. Without a doubt, we would return to the RIU and would highly recommend it.

We went as a group of friends, we had an incredible time at the hotel itself, and the Jungle Party was wild; the Neon Party, since it was more family-oriented, was meh, because we went with the idea of not having children around, so we left early. At the Latino, the security staff took great care of us; it is true that there were some who had had too much to drink, but that's why we chose adults-only, and even more so in a hotel dedicated to partying, it's obvious, but the hotel security was very attentive so that nothing got out of control. The staff was super attentive; the bartenders Geu, Emiliano, and Sergio from the pools provided incredible service; at the buffet, there were good food options, although I feel like there was a lack of more seafood. To save the beach service, and not because of the waiters, they were full, but the bar was too far away and they took a long time, and honestly, it was very tiring for them; just for one person, the walk to go to the nearest bathroom was heavy, I can't imagine going back and forth many times a day; they could build a small palapa by the palm trees, halfway there, so that the service is more efficient, for example, and/or assign more waiters for the beach.
