⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful experience at Riu Lupita! 🇲🇽❤️ We have spent some incredible days at the Riu Lupita and we are taking home a beautiful memory of our stay. The food was very good, with variety and options for all tastes, but if there is something that really makes this hotel special, it is its people. All the staff have been wonderful, always with a smile, kindness, and willing to make you feel at home. I want to make a special mention of Arturo, Fanny, and José, from the entertainment team, who have been incredible. Their joy, friendliness, energy, and good humor have made our days even more special. You can tell when someone enjoys their work and manages to transmit that happiness to others. They are absolute stars! We are leaving with heavy hearts, not only because we are leaving behind a place as beautiful as Mexico, but also because of the people we have met who have made this vacation unforgettable. Thanks to the entire Riu Lupita team for making us feel so good. We are taking away much more than a vacation: memories, laughter, and so much affection. My experience at the RIU Lupita has been excellent. The hotel is very nice, the food is varied and very good, the entertainment is fantastic, and the cleaning service is impeccable. I want to make a special mention of the bar team, especially Blanca, a charming, hardworking, very professional, and kind woman who always has a smile. It is a pleasure to meet people like that during vacation. I also want to highlight the entertainment team, especially Fany and Arturo, for their friendliness, their energy, and for making the stay even more fun and pleasant. Thanks to the entire team for the treatment received and for making our vacation so special. Without a doubt, an experience to repeat! ❤️
