"Nice hotel"
Great Riu property. Restaurants were good, staff were always helpful and accommodating. The beach was also nice. However if you want an umbrella for shade the vendors will rent you one. Never had an all inclusive charge you for shade.

We had such a great experience at Riu Palace Pacífico! The food was sooo good, and I loved how much was included throughout the resort. Between the restaurants, buffet, the bars, and coffee spot, it felt like there was always somewhere to grab something and the service was basically nonstop. Even if you were sitting by the pool or watching a show a really nice staff member would walk up to you and ask if you wanted anything. They even had matchas and they were so good!! The customer service was excellent and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was always spotless, our room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was HUGE even though we booked one of the more budget-friendly rooms. The ocean view was absolutely beautiful too, even on the rainy days. One of the best parts of our stay was definitely the entertainment team. They really made our trip so much more special They were constantly getting everyone involved, making people laugh, dancing, and creating such a fun atmosphere around the resort throughout the day :) They got me and my cousin out of our comfort zones and we ended up making some of our favorite memories of the entire trip because of them. You can tell they genuinely put a lot of energy into making sure guests are having a good time. Special shoutout to Sebastian and Andrea for being so cool!! They bring the best energy and it rubs off on you. They had us joining in on things we probably never would have done otherwise, and those ended up being some of the moments we’ll remember most from the trip. 🥹 we wish we could’ve had the chance to better get to know the others in the entertainment team, they are all wonderful!! Between the food, beautiful resort, amazing service, and especially the people who made it so much fun, we had an incredible stay. Definitely a 10/10 experience and I would absolutely recommend Riu Palace Pacífico
