Puerto Vallarta was calm, friendly, welcoming, and completely normal.Our group was hesitant about leaving the resort at first, but once we saw the vibe? Hesitation gone. Confidence activated. Housekeeping? Friendly, fast, and rooms stayed spotless. And let’s talk about Amstar Transportation — blasting R&B the whole ride. We were singing, vibing, and starting the party before we even reached the resort. 🍽️ Food & DrinksDrinks? On point. Food? Consistently good.Our Italian restaurant birthday dinner? A hit. The resort delivered quality at every meal. 🌺 Cleanliness & Grounds I’ve been to many resorts throughout the caribbean, but this one stands out. Immaculate. Beautifully maintained. Visually stunning. From the lobby to the beachfront — everything was picture‑perfect. ⚠️ Minor CritiqueThe restrooms were a bit far from the pools and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful!! we spent a family vacation and everything was very good, upon arrival they receive you very cordially and give a broad explanation of what the place offers, if the arrival is in the morning you can have a coffee, bread or some snack while they deliver the room and put the bracelet on you, the room very clean and tidy, the beds most comfortable and the pillows even better, the food is quite varied and delicious, they have themed dinners at the buffet restaurant, the wait at the specialty restaurants is very brief which is a good point in case you are very hungry, they take great care of the cleanliness in all the facilities, the area of opportunity is in the bars since they usually take a long time or start chatting with some other guest regardless of the fact that there are those who are waiting to be served, another area that needs care is the location where the night shows are held the area needs more ventilation because even if the show is fun you end up leaving the place because the heat that is concentrated is inconceivable, in general we spent some unforgettable days, for sure we will return!!
