"Poor service and clunky layout let this well-located hotel down."
We were very disappointed with this hotel. Firstly the positives: Modern clean rooms, warm powerful showers, and excellent location close to Victoria Station. Areas for improvement: Service was poor. For example when asking in reception they advise there is no water in reception or anywhere to top up a bottle (you have to buy from the bar - was the instruction). Also there are no coffee machines in the rooms, this is a personal thing I appreciate but for a 4-star business hotel I see this as a must. We had to check out prior to breakfast opening (which we had paid for) but no breakfast boxes were available so we essentially lost our breakfast fee. Finally the hotel is a very bizarre design inside and getting to our room required navigating two elevators and getting lost in a poorly signposted maze of corridors- we kept bumping into other folks staying in the hotel who were having the same experience as us and the poor signage was almost an acknowledged joke with all the residents.

Fantastic 10/10 in all areas. Luxury feel and we felt that it was excellent value. Everyone working there was attentive and very polite. The rooms were lovely and ours had a great view of the London skyline.
