Can I book my vacation through the app?
Yes, you can search for RIU destinations and hotels, and make your reservation directly from the App. Go to the "Book" button, located in the bottom menu

Yes, you can download it directly from the App Store Connect and Google Play Store
If I made a reservation outside of riu.com, the call center, or the RIU App, can I view it in the App?
Yes, you can. You must first have a RIU Class account; if you are not yet a member, you can register in the App. Once you have done so, in the "my bookings" section, there is a form to link bookings. It is important that the details of the RIU Class account and those of the booking match. If you have any questions, you can write to us at [email protected].
Is it possible to check in online with the app?
Yes, you can do it from days before arrival. We recommend keeping notifications active so you will receive a notification when you can check in for your arrival
