"Family Vacation a Success!"

Our trip to Rio Palace Punta Cana was a complete success. The hotel offered amenities that we expect from the review name. The pool servers were attentive and kept it fun daily. Our kids had a blast! The best part about our stay was watching the World Cup games in the sports bar. That added a different level of family time to our trip. Thank you Riu for allowing our family of 19 to spend time together, connect, laugh, drink, dance, and eat delicious food!

"Not bad just took issues"

The hotel had great drinks and a nice atmosphere. The food wasn’t really my taste, and the rooms felt outdated. The biggest issue was the toilet in our room we had to call maintenance every other day because it wouldn’t flush properly. Overall, it was an okay stay, but the room condition and plumbing problems were disappointing.
