"Just back from 2 week stay"
Just back from a 2 week stay and service was good. Bed a little hard but ok our air con was either all or nothing so got quite cold we had to sleep with blanket. Rooms need bit of an upgrade and the tui pool could have been done with a clean more. A range of sodas would be better as got pretty fed up of Pepsi or 7up.

This resort is amazing, 3rd visit in 3 years and my whole family love it here! We upgraded to a family room, which was cleaned to high standard, fridge restocked and plenty of water, short walk from the TUI exclusive pool, A Ramone is a true gent and remembered us from previous stays, looked after us and is so friendly, as well as Luis. We ate in all resturants other than the tapas, variety for all the family, my preferred was the chinese. Breakfast and lunch always had a good choice, and the sports bar 24hrs is great too. We had a few problems with our door not working but reception got straight on it and sorted for us. I celebrated my 40th and the hotel decorated the room which was a lovely suprise, my sons 7th birthday was celebrated with the drum in the restaurant. Staff are great and we will definitely be coming back!!!!
