Our family had a very nice vacation! Drinks were great and shows were entertaining! Breakfast buffet was wonderful!

We love staying at the Riu. We always have a great experience. The staff is always super friendly and nice!! We always feel so welcomed by the staff. Connie, Fernando, Teo in the dining room were so great and friendly! My only complaint is that our room claimed it was for 6 people, but it real wasn’t. We reserved 2 rooms and the beds were not for 5. I thought the couch pulled out and it didn’t. We couldn’t get a roll away bed either. So it was a bit disappointing. I would’ve booked a different type of room if I’d had known.
