"Beautiful!♡"

View was amazing in the ocean view room we got, air conditioning was amazing, room bar was stocked! Parties were so much fun! The drinks were delicious from every swim up bar we went to & we went to every pool on the resort that we were allowed to! Only complaint was the food was mid, no flavor, very bland & basic. Not authentic Mexican food. Next time we will venture out of the resort for food!

"No room service no elevators"

This is a real honest review. This property is BEST for adult party goers with zero mobility issues. The rooms are in the back of the resort to get to restaurants/pools you must WALK in heavy humidity and heat a significant distance as in over a bridge and through many paths plus a few sets of stairs every time you want to eat. There are NO elevators and NO room service or basic snacks in the room. They don’t do reservations for restaurants yet they make you wait 40 minutes for a table. The spa is sketchy and very small. The beach is unswimmable. The only food available every afternoon from 2-6:30 is hotdogs. The shop pricing is ridiculously overpriced. They only offer Pepsi bevs. Destination shuttle service tries to upsell tours, buy ONLINE they overcharge you. Good stuff: Extremely clean and spacious rooms, very clean and meticulously manicured grounds, very clean and delicious food, plenty of bottled water, clean and maintained pools with plenty of seating and towels, good service/attitude, entertainment is just average. Sadly I would never stay here again!
