"Good hotel... Bad beds."

Everything was very good except for the beds... they are the most uncomfortable beds we have slept in at a hotel... if the room is so spacious, why not put in queen-size beds... my wife and I and my children are thin, and we found them very small; I can't imagine a family of people with a larger build.

"RIUning our birthdays!"

Very poor experience, booked two rooms for my family of four. We will not be here again, probably never in another Riu resort. I communicated multiple number of times before coming here to make a memorable experience for my and my wife's birthday. We are here now my birthday was yesterday and my wife's is today. They didn't do anything and simply ignored us at the front desk. Thank you Riu for RUining!
