Just spent out first time in Mexico and stayed at Riu Yucatan, WHAT an awesome hotel, the staff were all amazing and friendly super helpful. The food and variety of it was off the charts it was amazing, the room was super clean every day! the facilities at the hotel, the pools the beach were brilliant. could not recommend highly enough we had the best holiday ever and that wqs thanks to every member of staff at the hotel we will definitely be going back
"Amazing hotel and location"
We have just got back from a 10 day stay at this hotel and had an amazing time . The location great and being able to share the other RIU hotels . A highlight was the England game and considering Mexico lost , the staff were amazing . Great buffers and food in al restaurants. The hotel is clean and the staff all work hard . I think I can’t not think of a single person who wasn’t friendly , kind and welcoming in my whole trip which is very unusual. We went to most shows and they were all great , especially the neon party . This hotel is closing next year for refurbishment and it does need it but it didn’t stop us having an amazing time . A couple of tips or things worth considering The rooms are quirky , light only work in a certain combination, people in opposite rooms can see you taking a shower if your curtains are not shut. Only 3 plugs in the room Premium drinks are served in all bars but you won’t get served them unless you ask for them by name
