"Great time with extended family at RIU Palace PC"

This property was amazing! The staff were attentive, the facilities were well kept, the food was above average, and the rooms were adequately equipped to our 10 day stay. We made plenty of good connections! The beach and entry was crowded with sargassum which was annoying, but that’s not RIUs fault. The excursion planning staff was also hospitable, and didn’t “sell” us on packages, mainly gave us options for what we were interested in. Overall, it was a great stay!

"Amazing Stay at Riu Palace Punta Cana"

I had the best experience! I’ve traveled to other places before, but this trip exceeded all of my expectations. I absolutely loved everything. The staff was amazing, especially the young man at the front desk (Yordi I think was his name, i dont remeber) who welcomed us and took such great care of us. He deserves a perfect 10! The waiters, waitresses, entertainment team, and everyone else were incredibly friendly and made our stay unforgettable. The shows and activities were excellent, the food was delicious, the drinks were fantastic, and the hotel itself was beautiful. I honestly have nothing negative to say. The service was outstanding from beginning to end, and this is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I will definitely be coming back because everything was simply the best. Thank you for making our vacation so special!
