Hotel Riu Plaza The Gresham Dublin

From the moment I arrived at the Riu Dublin, the service was exceptional. The staff at the hotel entrance welcomed me warmly, guided me to where I needed to go, and kindly helped me with my family luggage. At the front desk, Korinna was wonderful—friendly, patient, and always willing to explain everything with a smile. I would also like to extend a special thank-you to the maintenance team. My rental car stopped working (didn't know how properly work) and even though helping me was not part of their responsibilities, several team members came over and patiently did everything they could to help me get the car into the parking area. Their kindness meant so much to me. The housekeeping staff also deserves recognition. Whenever I saw them in the hallways, they always greeted me with genuine smiles and warmth. From the day I arrived until the day I left, every member of the team was attentive, kind, and willing to help. Their genuine warmth made my experience truly special. Words cannot fully express my gratitude. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel—and especially its extraordinary staff—100%.

This is an awesome hotel in a prime location! It is walking distance from almost everything (and nearby bus and train stops take you to everything else). Rooms are bright, airy, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast spread is incredible, with more than anyone could ask or want. Staff was attentive and helpful. The lobby areas are gorgeous, especially the glasswork in the atrium ceiling. Our stay in Dublin makes we want to visit other Riu properties!
