Hotel Riu Palace Las Americas

After having traveled to several destinations in Mexico, such as Mexico City, Playa del Carmen, and Puerto Vallarta, we visited Cancún for the first time and our stay at the Riu Palace Las Américas was truly special. From our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the staff's attention from the door. The beauty of the hotel and its impeccable cleanliness are spectacular. ​While the service in general throughout the hotel was excellent, I wish to make a special mention of the following collaborators, who went beyond excellence and made the difference with their dedication: ​Reception: The service was professional and very patient. A special mention for Marie, Irasema, and Sebastián Carmona for their kindness and constant attention. ​Mexican Restaurant: The food is extraordinary, worthy of a Michelin star. I want to make a special mention of Sebastián, as well as the entire team of waitresses and the chefs, whose culinary work is simply on another level. ​La Nuit Bar: The cocktails were delicious and expertly prepared; furthermore, we received exceptional customer service from Lorena. ​Pool Bar: The atmosphere and the service were perfect. Thanks to Julián, Eduardo, Wilbber, and Hugo. ​Room Service: Our room was impeccable, it was beautiful, and it had a spectacular view. I must recognize Marina Esteban for her excellent daily cleaning and maintenance service; her dedication kept everything at the highest level. ​Entertainment: And not to mention the Riu Party, a party on another level! ​Additionally, the transportation provided by the Riu chain for our airport transfers was punctual, respectful, and very professional. The Riu Palace Las Américas exceeded all our expectations, and we have nothing but excellent words to describe our experience. Highly recommended!

RIU Palace Cancún is the best RIU property we have stayed at so far! You can tell that the staff genuinely care about the hotel and the experience they provide. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, and they made my birthday trip feel extra special. The entire property was incredibly clean, and the food was great at every restaurant we tried. I also loved that reservations were not required for dinner, unlike at some other properties. It made the experience much easier and more relaxing. The beach was easily the best part. It was absolutely gorgeous, and the staff worked constantly to keep it clean and safe. We also loved the RIU Fit team and the entertainment staff. There was always something fun happening during the day and in the evening. My only disappointment was how far away the RIU Party location was. Transportation is available, but the distance honestly made us skip the parties, even though we normally love attending them when we stay at other RIU resorts. Thankfully, the entertainment team and evening activities at the hotel still kept us entertained, so it did not take away from the trip. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would absolutely return. Great job, RIU Palace Cancún!
