Hotel Riu Plaza Berlin

We had a fantastic family stay at this hotel! The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the hotel was clean, well-maintained and comfortable throughout our stay. What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Even though we checked out at 12 noon, the hotel kindly allowed us to use the waiting area, where we could comfortably catch up on work with access to tables and chairs. The manager was particularly welcoming and thoughtful, regularly checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The little touches made our stay even more special. As it was the Halloween season, the children received treats every day, which they absolutely loved! Overall, this is a wonderful hotel that offers excellent value for money, genuine hospitality and a very convenient location. It is easily accessible to many of Berlin's central attractions, with U-Bahn stations and KaDeWe within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to families!

Check in and in general everything was hassle free, the room was very comfortable and clean, buffet in mornings was very solid. Will be staying here on my next visit for sure.
