Unfortunately, the two pools are much too small in relation to the size of the complex and the number of guests. Furthermore, it really annoyed us that our 17-year-old son is not even allowed to use the fitness studio, which is also much too small, even when accompanied by an adult, and that is despite the fact that we paid the full adult price for him. At the pool, you only get lounge chairs if you reserve them early in the morning. The sports and entertainment program is quite meager. In addition, there is a huge construction site next to the hotel, and the view from the balcony is accordingly. Overall, definitely not a recommendation!

We are here now - day 4, paid £2,700 first week of school holidays July 26, for 2x adults, 2x teens for a two bed room with Tui. Ok, I’ve stayed in 3* hotel in my teens/20s, no way this is a 3* with what’s on offer and the complex is much nicer but it’s not on par with 5* in Turkey (and it shouldn’t be it’s a 4*). The negative reviews really made me want to change the holiday but I did my homework, bought jungle mosquito spray - no bits and I’m prone to bites at home (uk), got up 7am to get sunbeds (9am at home) and yes, all sunbeds are gone by 8am. Weather has been sunny/cloudy and a lovely breeze. Airport was really quick and nice and small. About 20 minute transfer with 3x drops before us. Hotel check in was quick too. Hotel tax to pay and Under 18s given a different coloured all inclusive band. Room - Asked for block 6 or 7 and we got 7, great location to main areas. We’ve had little room maintenance problems eg Teens aircon room works much better than ours and no dressing table. However, I wanted bottled water, an amazing shower and a decent bed and got all of those! Things to do - Water aerobics has been great fun, teens enjoyed water slides and the beach is beautiful. Yes we got asked if we wanted to book trips on the short walk to the beach by the locals - we just said no thank you. We booked with Sal Eco Tours via email before the holiday. Great time on turtle snorkelling trip and also booked lemon sharks with him Friday. Food - it’s been ok. Not the best we’ve had but the hotel we love is £6k for the same week and this was £2,700. Be realistic, we didn’t go hungry but rated the Chinese 4/10, steak restaurant 5/10 and are trying Mediterranean tonight. Try them and if you don’t like what’s on offer go to the buffet afterwards. Entertainment - again it’s ok, the team work so hard and main shows end at 10pm. Can’t wait for the Riu white party on Friday, it alternates with the neon party. By the way, we’ve had no problems with tummy bugs but I’ve packed meds just in case!
