The stay at the hotel was very nice and pleasant, but the service at the front desk was very uncooperative; RIU advertises free airport transfers for bookings made directly with RIU. My partner had to leave a day early for personal reasons. For the transport company that organized the transport, it was not a problem, but they requested a confirmation from the hotel. This was denied to me by the reception. It was explained to me that a transfer a day earlier was not possible. I had to order a taxi and pay 80.00 dollars. I have been a RIU member for years and have been booking my stay there for years. The employee did not react to my request to speak with a supervisor, and with that, the matter was settled for him. I will consider whether I will book my next trip through RIU again.
