"Nexus Tour Review"
The resort was beautiful, clean and the staff were very friendly. I’d like to especially highlight Nexus Tour staff member Zaira! During the week we were at Riu Latino, the airline we flew with went on strike, therefore causing delayed flights and chaos. Zaira was the calm in the storm. She helped us through this tough and confusing time. Zaira ensured we were taken care of and made sure we had accommodations each night we got stuck. She even helped us with a shuttle bus once we finally had a confirmed flight home. Zaira helped to make the situation a lot less stressful! Because of her amazing customer service and communication skills, I would go back! And I would go back with confidence knowing I would be taken care of. Thank you Zaira !!!
"Good place and experience, food NO"
The place is beautiful, the activities (especially the nightly shows) are a wonder! The service is also stellar. The only "but" I have for the place is the food! None of their "themed" restaurants have good food… the buffet, very specific things were okay, but EVERYTHING tastes like the fridge 🥹🤢 , the nuts or desserts are rancid… it really is something that leaves a lot to be desired
