"Amazing Hotel"

We were there as a group of 6 - 3 couples - this hotel was amazing - from the moment we checked in the reception staff are wonderful. We had an issue with our air conditioning not being cold enough and went down to reception who immediately offered us another room, they gave us the key and asked us to go and look to see if this was cooler but it was at the same temperature so they then offered us another room and again we went to look, the temperature was perfect so we moved all our items into this room. Impeccable customer service from them. This room had a pool and sea view and was such a beautiful view. We could not fault anything - the staff are all amazing from the cleaners, bar staff, pool bar staff, entertainment, concierge - everybody went out of their way to help. To name a few there was Abu in the Bar, he was brilliant and could copy so many accents he was so funny and very quick at making sure everyone had whatever drinks they wanted - Lucero (or as we called her Lucy) she was so sweet, always smiling and always over asking if we wanted another drink - most of the staff are like this it was just Lucy made more of an impression on us, she was wonderful and lastly Jimmy at the Pool Bar - my goodness to work out in that heat and always have a smile on your face and be running around all the time. As I said all the staff were lovely and I wish we had taken a note of more of their names but these are the ones that stuck out for us. Just a note on the cleaners - wow they work hard - the room across from us was vacant and they must have been in that room for almost an hour getting it ready for the next guests as I walked by I looked in and the bed was pulled out and the furniture all out - they really give it a good clean which is comforting to know. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

"Married couple trip"

Stayed here a few years back with my wife, we had a to of fun. I really loved the steakhouse and the Italian restaurant. They had a 24hr food and great room service. The service was amazing. We were there in summer and the pool was hot. But the ocean was cool and was great for relief. The rooms are a little dated but very clean. The coffee bar was perfect was to cool down with a frappe. Food was really good everywhere. We would go again.
